A look at all Land Development projects currently active in Worcester
As a new initiative, Worcester Township intends to keep this page current with all active Land Development projects in the Township. We are doing this with the intention to be transparent with our residents and develop a one stop shop for all information regarding projects in progress. Please reach to the Township Manager with any questions or feedback. This page is currently under development, so stay tuned!
Each plan submitted to the Township will be given a tracking number that shows the year it was submitted and the order in which it was received.
Example
For example, LD 2026-01 means the first plan submitted to the Township in 2026.

LD 2022-01 - City View Apartments
Proposed 144 unit apartments located within two separate buildings on a 12.24 acre lot location at the southern side of the intersection of Germantown Pike and North Park Ave within the "C- Commercial District" and the "MR - Multi- Residential Overlay District".
LD 2025-06 - 1616 Whitehall Farm Improvement
Plan proposes improvements to parcel to develop as a farm
LD 2026-01 - Bold Fox Farm
The proposed development consists of the construction of 24 single family homes and preservation of the existing home and farmstead located at 2045 Bethel Road.
LD 2026-02 - Myers Legacy Museum
The proposal is for an institutional use as a museum on the history of construction equipment as well as be used for employee training at 1805 Berks Rd.
LD 2026-03 - Variety Vocational Building
This proposed building is the Welcome & Vocational Training Center that will act as the main gateway to the campus.
LD 2026-04 - Methacton High School Renovation
The proposed project consists of the following: demolition of the existing “West Wing” of the Methacton High School building; demolition of one (1) access driveway; construction of a new west wing (to include a natatorium, performing arts room(s); auditorium; administrative offices; and classrooms); construction of new parking facilities; revised parent drop-off/pick-up area; and additional ancillary improvements.
