To submit a Right-to-Know (RTK) request please download and complete a Standard Right-to-Know Law Request Form.
Next, submit the form by e-mail here or deliver or mail this form to the Township Building, 1721 Valley Forge Road, Post Office Box 767, Worcester, PA, 19490. Forms may also be faxed to the Township Building at (610) 584-8901.
