UCC Board of Appeals
In 2016 Worcester Township joined a regional board of appeals that hears (1) challenges of the decisions made by the Township Building Inspector, and (2) requests for relief from the requirements of the Uniform Construction Code (UCC).
The Board of Supervisors appoints one Township resident to serve on this multi-municipal group. The individual appointed serves a five-year term.
