Sewer Rental
All sewer rental bills are rendered quarterly, the first day of January, April, July and October, directly to the property owner. Invoices are payable net 30 days. A 10% penalty is added after 30 days. Failure to receive the bill does not release you from responsibility for timely payment. The current quarterly residential rate is $78.75.

On-Site Sewage Systems
All permits for construction or repair to on-site sewage systems are handled by the Montgomery County Health Department. All calls should be directed to the Sewage Enforcement Officer at (610) 278-5145.
